I am a 17 year old senior currently attening a career education
center in my city. I am in my 2nd year of Culinary Arts at the tech
center and am interested in enrolling at Johnson and Wales for the fall
semester of this year.
I thought i had a plan all set for at least the next four years of my life
but after going to open houses and taking tours and talking to people, my plans are starting to fall apart.
I do not want to lose my excitement for the culinary field but i dont want
to end up in the wrong situation.
Should i put college off for a year and work? Should i go to a community
college for a few years? Do i really know what i am getting myself into?
College is the first step to a career and my future. And i don't want
to get stuck in the wrong situation.
I ask for advice from anyone who is or was a J&W student and can point me in
the right direction.
