I am looking to possibly change careers. I am 30, have a BBA in Management/Computer Information Systems and some graduate work. I have worked previously in the food service industry in college and now work in the software industry in marketing and management. Because I already have a 4+ year degree and significant business experience, what program should I consider? 2 or 4 year? I need to go to school in Houston so I can continue to work days. Does anyone know anything about the Art Institute's Culinary Arts Program? Your help is much appreciated.
