My son is a sophmore at Johnson & Wales. He will receive an assoc. degree in Baking & Pastry Arts in December. He works under the pastry chef at the restaurant of a large hotel chain. The education and the work experience have taught him much!! But, he is undecided as to the next step. More education? Should he go for a bachelors degree or more education elsewhere? Paris? Or, is the best education going to be work? He is ambitious and hard working, and wants to create the best foundation NOW. Please help me help him. THANKS!
