A school won't make you a better cook or baker, some who go to school turn out great , some not so great.
Both types would have reached the same result had they not gone to school at all.
..that is,,,the great ones would still have made great cooks and bakers.
The best place to start is at the beginning, also known as the bottom.
Bottom feeders make around $6-7 hr.
