Hello everyone,
I am a student who is interested in starting a deli in the Northern Virginia/DC area in the near future and I was curious if anyone had any useful information as to the overhead required and the equipment. I have found some fairly good funding for the project, but I am a novice so if anyone has any figures they could offer me it woud be greatly appreciated!
