I was wondering if anyone has heard of this school.
It is located in Lyon, France. I would also like to
know if there are any restrictions or requirements to
cook in countries outside the U.S. I was under the
impression that individuals had to be a graduate of an
accreditted school or apprenticeship. Would anybody
care to shed some light on the subject? Thanks!:)!
