hello. I am currently attending a community college in the pastry dept. this is my first semester, and I plan to graduate in dec. and then to take a year in the culinary dept. my question is: is it reasonable to assume that a community college education is just as useful and beneficial as an art school or perhaps the C.I.A. ? I want to get a job now in the industry, perhaps in a bakery(this is what interests me most), but i'm uncertain that anyone will hire someone with little skills and not enough experience--i have none. thanks.
