I'm a Classic Pastry Arts Student at French Culinary and I'm very happy with the instructors, classrooms, and programs. I've talked to several students of La Technique (our serious amateur program) who have enjoyed it. At least three students in my pastry class have taken classes at Peter Kumps' school (re: gerard's note) and I have to say that the reports are crowded classrooms, insufficient equipment & supplies---generally less than positive. Here at French Culinary there are many optional demos that students can attend, no matter what course you are enrolled in; so there are plenty of opportunities to see many pros in action. Come for a visit!
