I am currently a student of the CCA and am in my junior term. Personally I think this is the best thing I've ever done. However, it all depends on you...on how you're going to make the most out of the situation. I know students here who think the school isn't worth their money. And I know of some who say otherwise. People working in the field have some things to say about the CCA, as well as the CIA, J&J and all other culinary schools. I think all culinary schools have the information that you need, you just have to grab it and use it. I guess part of the education you get is knowing how to find what you need, and how to use what you've got. Don't expect to be spoonfed just because you're the one paying. There are advantages and disadvantages on going to the CCA, it really depends on what you really want to get out of it. If you need to know more about the school, send me an email & I'll help you out. Good luck!
