hello. i live here in houston and there is a new shcool opening up called "Culinary Institute C.I.L.". this school is going to be up and running by august. the two famous french cousins from france are coming over here to open it up, alain notre and his brother marie le notre. supposedly they are renowned in france for their spectacular work in the culinary field. i do believe they have a school over in paris. anyways, i was wondering if anyone had heard anything on these two or their school in france. i am very interested in going to this school here in houston. i do appreciate your help. thanks. shawn.
