I would suggest getting into a restaurant first and taking on
a PT position to see if it is something you really would enjoy.
Having hired lots of individuals right out of school, I've seen a
lot of individuals not liking this business at all, finding the
dedication required to be overwhelming. Is a very rewarding
business though, and I wish you all the luck in the world.
