Hello.
I thought that this would be a good place to get inside info on a restaurant or hotel. I was talking to a chef at the Swiss Hotel in Chicago about a job there. I'm pretty sure that the baking job that I have now won't be right for me forever. It's a smaller restaurant, with a 2 person bakery. Does anyone know anything about the Swiss hotel or another place in Chicago where I could try to learn more?
