I have contacted the website for Peter Kumps. I was interested in going until I read that
you have to have 2 years of college or 4 years kitchen experience. I did not attend college
and my kitchen experience has all been at home. Do you know if they consider applicants
like me? The weekend classes sound perfect for me. I am trying to decide between French
Culinary Institute and NY Restaurant School right now. If I can, might as well throw Peter
Kumps in there as well. Thanks for your help!
