Hi. First let me tell you a bit about myself. I am in High School in the Pacific NW. I plan on becoming a chef and work for a Cruise Line or Hotel. I was wondering if any chefs could tell me what they did to get their jobs. What you had to know and such. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
