Check out Southeastern Academy's Culinary Training Center. They offer a 30 week diploma in Culinary Arts. Annual tuition in-state and out-of-state $8,030, fees and equipment $665. Tuition deposit $150. On-campus dorm (30 weeks) $3,600; off-campus $450-$600 month

or you can be an apprentice for the ACF Central Florida Chapter. There are 300 apprentices. Costs are $615. Beginning salary is $6.50/hr with 25 cent raise every year.
