I'd be interested to hear how far and wide some of the
chefs/bakers on this board have been able to travel.
Has this profession opened up opportunities for you in
other countries? How feasible is it to take your
existing knowledge and learn another country's cuisine
by traveling there? I guess the heart of what I'm
asking is: How internationally mobile are you?
