i'm considering changing careers but the starting salary
for a culinary arts school graduate is close to
$50,000 less than my current salary. i'm interested
in hearing from others who made a similar career change.
i'd like to hear your thoughts on how you're surviving
financially and whether you have any regrets. i know
that no one goes into this business for the money but still...
i'm single so i have to consider my future and my
ability to support myself!
