I buy wholesale all the time and don't need a resale #
You only need tax # for resale items. Without the resale # you just pay the state sales tax if that state has one, and come to think of it hardly ant mail order Co's charge outta state taxes even though they are required by law as its too much hassle to file in every state.
Its also bad for biz.
If people knew how simple it is to make their own pillars with scalded fondant they wouldn't be able to give away plastic junk.
