chocolate oblivion 1# semisweet chocolate 1/2# unsalted butter 6 eggs (at room temp or above) put eggs in mixer for 13 mins on high untill very pale and thick use tourch to warm if needed melt chocolate and butter togather in microwave never let chocolate get much above 90 degrees farenhieght fold 1/3 of egg mixture into chocolate to lighten then fold chocolate back into eggs pour into 9" springform greased and papered and placed in water bath, bake in 350 oven with no fan exactly 10 mins uncovered then cover and bake 5 mins more remove from oven and uncover and let cool gently chill 6 hrs then unmold will have a consistancy firmer than mousse but softer than cheese cake ............. as chocolate as can be baked i think
