Half & Half only has 12% Butterfat content.
Light Cream is supposed to have 18% Butterfat content minimum and 30% maximum. 20% on average.
Milk has 3.5% and Heavy Cream or Whipping Cream has 32% minimum.
If you mix equal parts of milk and cream, that should do it.
