We use cocoBarry semi sweet and milk from France but buy in 50LB cases.
Patisfrance sells it through local distributors.
If you're talking about small quantity retail the web is full of vendors.
Quite often they use Belgian chocolate in France, do you know the brand name or were you eating truffles.?
