Get a load of this, I put the Peters in the choc machine last nite, set it to 120F and after 10 hours it still wasn't melted.
I had to stir it up with a spoon to loosen it, then I added almost 20% more cocoa butter.
Seems to be OK now, it actually did temper so I'll use it.
I guess I got what I paid for.!
