Does it work?
I'm not sure you'll get a ganache, if you melt 2 parts white choc into 1 part boiled heavy cream what you end up with in the pan is heavy cream,cocoa butter,sugar and milk powder.
Theres just no cocoa mass in white choc to bind it together so it tends to be slop.
It should work if you add a blob of butter, that should add enough fat to keep it emulsified.
Try melting the butter into the cream before adding the choc.
