Yes you are a little too suspicious! Since you do not trust me, I gues I need to give you some background. I am currently enrolled three associate programs in Cincinnati, Ohio - Chef tech, restauranr mgt and hotel mgt. I am really interested in baking and pastry, but I chose to start at Cincinnati State to get the business part and the culinary basics. I will need much more training in pastry and baking, etc. I have the opportunity to go to any school in the world that I can get into. My father has offerred to pay for every expense. I realize that not many people have an opportunity such as this and feel I would be ignorant not to take advantage of this generosity. I realize that not one school is the best, but there are so many to choose from and every school advertises that they have the "best" program. I was just looking for other students, chefs, bakers and anyone else who could send me the name of what they believe to be the "best". This is a big decision for me and I do not want to make it based primarily on what each school claims. Any input would be great!

Thank you,

L.D.
