Hydrogen or Hydroxygen Plus is a dietary supplement recommended by my MD, who is a nutrionist. You consume water with several drops in it and the result is it triples the effects of any nutrients you are taking by oxygenating your cells. A friend who raised ostriches has used hydrogen for years to keep his birds healthy and parasite free. Don't know if this is the product you are asking about or not.
