I know personally they learned a hard lesson trying to run a bake shop as I was there and it was beyond them.
Who else?, adelweiss in Chelsea does a lot of supplying, try them.
The easiest way is to tip a bartender at legals and ask, they see the boxes, look in the dumpster.?
You'd be surprised how many places state "we bake our own" and "everything is made on the premises", I actually supply more than a couple of places like this, one place enters my product in competitions, I don't care as long as they buy my product, makes no difference what they do with it and I don't need glory.
Is it pudding mix blended into choc cake mix?
