Banks are not legally allowed to make money available like venture capitalists and generally won't unless you own a substantial house, in which case they are lending you your own money and charging interest.
The SBA administration might still be making venture capitol available, search for their website and see.
I had $10K and they loaned me 20K for 5 yrs.
Stay away from NON-working partners.
