Gerard is correct, it would be hard to do part time or as a hobby. The time and financial investments in cookware, perishable food items.... is to great. But if you want to get an idea of how to get into mail order and "stuff" there is a book called "From Kitchen to Market" by Stephen Hall - you can prob. get it at your local library.
