: ..have you ever heard of dessicant or silica gel .it works wonders for this very problem. you just pour a little in the bottom of your container,lay a piece of parchment over it then cookies ect. on top. seal container. after a couple of weeks or so the dessicant needs to be dried out in the oven at 200 degrees for a couple of hours or so, then it's ready to use all over again. try the stuff it's great stuff. : kbag
