My customers keep asking me to re-create a charlotte rousse they remember from their childhood in New York City. They remember a paper cup that held lady fingers and cream which was squeezed to eat. Do you know any recipes for this? (I would put anything, but is there a particular flavor associated with this?) Do you know where to buy the small paper cups-they have been described to me as upside down chefs hats.
