: What the recipe is telling you is to add liquids to solids ( or batter) slowly so as to prevent lumping.
: One at a time isn't necessary once the first eggs have loosened the firmer ingredients up, its not like adding oil to mayonaise .

Do you have any good suggestions to the cookbooks. I don't mind spending that kind of money for a good informed book.
