You certainly know how to open a bee hive, you must run an apiary.
Lets start here, no-one I know has created recipes for anything.
Butter always has a different effect than shortening, but in what?
Dependin on what you're thinking about it has different effects.
Heres a question for YOU to research, what (besides taste) is the major difference between butter and shortening.
