Maybe you should describe it, is it like a charlotte, or a layered spongecake ?
We can help you recreate it but you have to give us a starting point.
Was it fresh cream, pastry cream? bavarian? was it amaretto liquer , I can imagine using broken macaroon pieces soaked in amaretto but thats just my interpretation.
How was it served? slices ? coup? were the strawbs sliced or whole on top etc?
you get the idea, no-one has any idea unless you draw a picture.
