All of the comments are right on. I am in the same situation as you. I have been in business for a year and need to take the next step ( a real kitchen). I truly amaze myself what I do out of my house which I am trying to sell. We have a bout 20 different cakes and Gerards comments on limiting the amount you offer is so true. It's great to know there are others starting on the small scale to relate with. I juggle a good deal of freelance cooking while trying to grow my business so it gets very frustrating and difficult. Let me know how it works out.
