Ok someone needs to tell me exactly and I mean exactly how to make a cheesecake work out. alot of the recipes I follow don't seem to tell you in detail step by step. What comes natural to someone does not come natural to another. My cheesecakes are coming out mushy, like I cook it for almost an hour and a half and the whole cake is still no more set than it was when I put it in. I follow all the direction to a T and it turns out like a soup. What do I do. Its really getting expensive every time I make cake I end up throwing it out, its not edible. How do I know its cooked. Someone give me a two minute baking course.
