It is bakers like you that make brides like me happy on our wedding days. That you worry so much about the final product it probably what saves the day. In the future however you may want to explain the pros and cons of the cake the bride has chosen. Living in texas I know the heat can affect everything from flowers to make-up, but having my baker tell me my cake could melt would more than likely persuade me to go for a different type of cake. Ending with less stress for the baker, or more realistic expectations for my cake.
