: Its prolly just gum paste which you can find recipes in any pro bake book, its too slow setting for me although it allows longer working time, I prefer pastillage which sets in less than 30 seconds when exposed, I keep it in a bowl with a wet cloth (not touching it) over the top. Pastillage requires that you know what to do with it immediately, very good for wedding cake columns or doves, angels etc. After it sets you can go back and using a razor blade carve details into bird wings, the feathers for instance, than use a tiny brush slightly wet to smooth out roughness in the detail, this is a good way of doing relief work.
