I know very well what is being refered to here, they are commonly
refered to as vitners dinners. The wine being the focus and the meal is built around the wine
Both equally important, but the wine is the special guest.
Booking and hosting is the least of your worries. finding the right chef to showcase
the vinyard you have chosen is the key to success.
