As part of the upgrade for this site I've been considering putting a database of recipes up, but I feel that a base multiple of 10 scales better and has a wider user base (without being a Martha type resource)
IMHO having the base for the recipies be 50 is just too big, unless ALL parties/dinners is in the 500-1500 person range.
At the Waldorf we did lots of parties (2 a day) for 800-1500, but had to do the same entrees for 20 to 30 and 200 to 300 as well.
Any feed back welcome...

BTW- I realize the the download for this forum is rediculously long, my first priority is getting it to an archive, so the download is under 50K.
