Hello Angel, I have a few recipes for perogie dough, they all are very good, but the first one is the easiest to work with. Dough-4cups of flour + 1 large container of sour cream.(YEP THAT'S IT!! EASY AS PIE)... 2nd recipe- 2 cups of warm milk + 1cup of margarine or butter (softened) + 2 cups of hot water + 1 tbsp of salt + 9-10 cups of flour....cut margarine into flour fine (like for pastry). Add milk and water and make a soft dough. I also add flour while I'm rolling it out. I also use a pasta machine to roll it out. 3rd recipe...6 cups of flour + 2 tbsp of salt. Together mix:1/2 cup of milk + 1 egg + 4 tbsp of oil + 2 1/2 cups lukewarm water. -Add liquids to the flour and knead adding flour a little at a time to achieve desired firmness.Divide dough into four balls for easier kneading. Rub each ball in oil and let rest in plastic bag for at least 1/2 hour. Good luck and enjoy!
