Well there are many "pit falls" one should be aware of. Top priority, don't let anyone talk you in to purchasing anything you may be able to find much cheaper. Large partys can get very costly so consider getting your own florist from the flower district, buying casses of wine and champaign from a distributer or wholesaler rather than having a top shelf open bar for X hours.Check around before you take a "package deal"if you want any extras ie: video,bubbles,smoke,silver,music if you shop around youl find it cheaper ...............
