Cocktail/appetizer parties are my favorite catering events. I do my to-do list for the week and some of the appetizers I can break down in doing some of the chopping early in the week or making the sauces/dips and finishing up at the end of the week. I like to do half of my things for the freezer so there's not too much to do right before the party. If anyone is interested in sharing appetizer recipes, I'm interested
