I dont think it is a good idea. Flash freezing and vacuum sealing sounds labor intensive and expensive for a item that you probably not going to get alot of money for. Boxed meals should be ready to go and user friendly. What works though is what I call a boxed continental. It could include items such as danish and muffins,granola bar,fresh fruit and a disposable juice box.
