You being in GA, there are some laws that may interest you.
Where do you plan on cooking from? As you may know, you will need a commercial, licensed kitchen. No matter how small you are.
I have been in business for 19 years and I cannot tell you how much you can expect to pay for those items, not knowing the sizes, quality, quantities. No one could. you might start at Sam's and look at their prices. I would expect that you would pay more from a distributor than Sam's.
