Absolutely, I could really used more people who appreciate my genious. The name of the game is being prepared.
Many times we are forced to compete against other caterers who do not have the equipment or investment to assure fresh, safe and tastey food. They are, of course, able to undercut us on price. The public does not initially know this. That is frustrating. But in the long run, quality wins out.
