I would like to know if anyone has any thoughts on how to start a home-based catering business, slowly. I am already working as a Saucier at a local restaurant and I would like to start a catering business very slowly.
How do you get clients? What do you do when the request is just too much for you to handle? What are the different options available, instead of just catered affairs?
