: I would try a food service supply store. Do you have any your way? Also, try your rental place. Quite often ours had things for sale, cheap, because they buy new and want to recycle their old stuff. I know what you mean about the disposables. Nothing like having one of them collapse in the middle of transport. It has happened to me!

My business does on site catering, but occasionally we do take our show on the road the collappsing foil insert was one of our first headaches. we use the foil as liners for the regular ss hotel pans durability and limited cleaning.
