No matter what your level of expertise or size of your catering company, no matter how long or how short a time you have been catering, YOU NEED to seriously consider attending the Catersource Update 2000 in Las Vegas.
The conference is January 8 - 13 at the Rio Suites (the number one hotel, buffet, seafood buffet in Vegas!)
I have attended three years in a row and have found it to be an incredible source for catering education and networking with other caterers.
