This is my first time at this site, and I have found your comments very helpful! I am a culinary grad, worked in a restaurant kitchen, did food styling for an independent feature film, and am working at a magazine. However, I am interested in catering, but don't know when I will fully throw myself into it. I went to help a woman with her Christmas party prep recently (got the listing from school), and had an experience that was surreal. The woman starting drinking at 3pm, yelled at a worker of hers, and insulted me in a cutting and horrific manner. Nevertheless, it was an educational experience. So, do you reside in the West Coast or East Coast? I recall you owning your own catering business. I find that extremely interesting.
