Ok guys, here's a good one. It seems that I have all of a
a sudden had a lot of inquiries from persians about doing
food for their upcoming new year. And the funny thing
about it is that they want either full blown middle
eastern bbq with kabobs and whole roasted lamb or
passed hors d'oeuvres. Any other ideas and if so
how have you priced it anything will help.
